By using Wazen, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service.

Wazen is an order tracking system for merchants that allows you to:

• Track orders and delivery dates
• Manage customer and product data
• Create and send invoices
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• Accuracy of data you enter
• All activities that occur under your account

You may not use Wazen for any activity that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Selling or promoting legally prohibited goods or substances
• Content violating public decency or local laws
• Fraud or misleading customers
• Intellectual property infringement
• Entering false or impersonated data
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system

Wazen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account used in violation of these terms or applicable laws:

• Without prior notice if necessary
• Without refund of any paid fees
• Retaining data for the legally required period

We also reserve the right to cooperate with competent authorities upon legal request.

نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة:

• الاسم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني
• اسم المتجر
• بيانات الطلبات التي تدخلها أنت
• معلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل

• تشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها
• إرسال إشعارات مهمة عن حسابك
• الدعم الفني عند طلبه
• تحليل الاستخدام لتطوير التطبيق

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا في هذه الحالات:

• بموافقتك الصريحة
• لموفري الخدمات الضروريين (الاستضافة، الدفع)
• إذا طُلب منا قانونياً

قد يطّلع فريق وازن على بيانات المتجر فقط في الحالات التالية:

• بطلب منك للدعم الفني
• للتحقيق في بلاغ أو نشاط مخالف للشروط
• للصيانة التقنية الضرورية
• للامتثال لطلب قانوني

عند استخدام تسجيل الدخول بـ Gmail، نحصل على:

• اسمك وعنوان إيميلك فقط
• صورة الملف الشخصي (اختيارية)

لا نستطيع الوصول لكلمة مرور Google أو أي بيانات أخرى.

يحق لك في أي وقت:

• طلب نسخة من بياناتك
• تصحيح بياناتك الخاطئة
• حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً
• الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك

نحمي بياناتك باستخدام:

• تشفير SSL/TLS لجميع الاتصالات
• Firebase Security Rules للتحكم بالوصول
• ننصحك بتصدير بياناتك بشكل دوري

We only collect what is necessary to operate the service:

• Name and email address
• Store name
• Order data you enter
• Device and operating system information

• Operating and improving the service
• Sending important account notifications
• Technical support when requested
• Usage analysis to develop the app

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• With necessary service providers (hosting, payments)
• If legally required

Wazen team may access store data only in the following cases:

• At your request for technical support
• To investigate a report or policy violation
• For necessary technical maintenance
• To comply with a legal request

When using Gmail sign-in, we receive:

• Your name and email address only
• Profile picture (optional)

We cannot access your Google password or any other data.

At any time you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all data permanently
• Object to processing of your data

We protect your data using:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all connections
• Firebase Security Rules for access control
• We recommend you export your data periodically
